Refund & Cancellation
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible through our website.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products (seeds, nuts, and spices), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product received is incorrect
The product received is expired
👉 All return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or proof.
Refunds
After verification and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer handling
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
